This is a simple meatloaf that can be baked in a convection oven like the ones in use in Shanghai.
From the super fabulous Catalan Cuisine cookbook that I picked up on a recent trip to Barcelona. Chocolate and cinnamon plus meat are unfamiliar combos for me, but I was quite pleased with how this turned out.
Estofat de Bou would be the Catalan name for this dish.

Snack or dinner, depending on size. Lots of different flavors and textures combining.
This is a very hearty sauce that goes best with bigger pastas.
A fairly traditional meat sauce with tomatoes and mushrooms; oregano is the only spice aside from salt and pepper.
