Food Like That: Recipes your mouth will like

I'm still gathering recipes for Christmas. My dad tells of a Polish version that doesn't use flour, but mixes have cooked and have grated raw potatoes.

Literally translated, this means "Cold Dog" in German. It's layers of fat, chocolate, and biscuits, with a few variations with nuts and such. DaveO was asking about Kohlrabi recipes. My mom makes something similar to this with a sort of creamy sauce.
